Frequently asked questions
What is included?
LinePick includes keypad dialing, contacts and search, favorites, call history, preferred line rules, custom line names, Siri and Shortcuts, and CarPlay. See Features and Roadmap for details.
Why doesn't LinePick automatically show each SIM's phone number?
Apple provides a technical line identifier and carrier information, but not the SIM's own phone number reliably. Compare the lines with iOS Settings or place a short test call from each line.
How do I rename my lines?
Open Settings in LinePick and choose Configure Lines. You can assign names, colors, and symbols there.
Why are my contacts missing?
Allow access under Settings → Privacy & Security → Contacts → LinePick.
How do I set LinePick as the default calling app?
Open Settings → Apps → Default Apps → Calling. Select LinePick under Default Calling App while Cellular remains selected above.
Why is a line missing after re-enabling a SIM?
Refresh the lines in LinePick. If it remains missing, make sure the SIM has network service, reselect LinePick as the default calling app, reopen LinePick, and restart the iPhone if necessary.
How does CarPlay work?
Connect the iPhone to CarPlay and open LinePick. Favorites, contacts, recent calls, and line selection are available on the vehicle display. The Siri entry is located above Contacts; speak a name or free-form number, then choose the SIM or eSIM in LinePick.
Does LinePick upload contacts or call data?
No. LinePick uses no own servers, advertising, analytics, or tracking services. App data and settings remain on your device.
